Armed with a BS in Physical Education and Health, Fred embarked on a career teaching Phys Ed in public school and offering personal training & group fitness instruction at local health clubs. He later joined his wife and partner, Elisabeth and the Lotte Berk Method (LBM) team, as the world’s first male barre teacher. After nearly two decades with LBM, Fred was led to a new opportunity with Exhale, as one of the founding partners, where he was Executive Director of Teacher Training. With his sights set on leading his own classes and training curriculum, Fred co-founded CoreBarreFit in 2019

My name is Becky! I am so excited to share my passion for dance and fitness with everyone! I come from Massachusetts and have been dancing since the age of 3. I graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance and also pursued an education in exercise science. My dance journey has taken me across the globe, allowing me to experience diverse cultures, meet incredible people, and perform on prestigious stages. In addition to my career as a dancer, I also ventured into the fitness industry. For the past 20 years, I have actively contributed my expertise and knowledge to this field from MA to CA to NYC and surrounding areas! Whether it's leading energetic dance fitness classes or designing tailored workout routines, I find immense joy in helping others achieve their fitness goals and creating community. Kerrie is a true believer in the transformative power of motivation. She believes that you have the strength from within; it’s your mind that scares you! Kerrie graduated from CalArts with a BFA in Dance/Choreography and a minor in Psychology. She has been with Physique 57 since 2015 and joined the Instructor Training team in 2017.
